Silvia is part of the Applied Research and Innovation team at Trilateral Research. She helps with grant applications in the Social Adult Care sector and is responsible for keeping a blog on this topic. Her areas of expertise include discrimination, intergroup relationships and migration.
Silvia obtained her BA in Psychology and MSc in Educational and Community Psychology at University of Bologna. She later completed a Social Science Research Methods PG Dip at UCL and is now in the second year of her PhD at University of Surrey. Her PhD is looking at how adults and children reason about endorsing rights to religious minorities and is a comparative study between Italy and the UK.
Silvia has years of experience working for the NHS in a mental health service. She has also worked as a Research Project and Coordination Assistant at King´s College.
