After working in the financial sector for a few years, he followed his passion for technology, and he decided to pursue a career in Software Engineering. He was trained at General Assembly, London, to be a full-stack developer. His current focus at Trilateral Research is on co-developing and maintaining the STRIAD solutions software in the Front-end, which concentrates on data-driven risk identification and assessment, to provide a statistical basis for decision making. The STRIAD program is integral to the development of the HAMOC and CESIUM Projects, which provide solutions for threat and vulnerability analysis to support decision-making in military planning, and solutions for combating child exploitation, respectively.
Detola holds a B.Sc. in Sociology with keen interests in Peace Keeping and Diplomacy. He holds a certificate in Trust, Diplomacy & Conflict Transformation from the University of Birmingham. He is also a member of the ICCS Birmingham (Institute for Conflict, Cooperation, and Security) and The CEP (Counter Extremism Project).
He is passionate about developing software to facilitate international security, crisis resolution, and fostering the intersection between security and technology.
