Research Project Manager

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Provide project management of EU-funded Horizon 2020 project(s), comprising researchers from Trilateral and external consortium partners from across the EU, including management of deliverables and milestones, and project reporting.
  • Liaising with the European Commission’s project officer.
  • Convening monthly conference calls and periodic face-to-face meetings of the project management committee, Stakeholder Board and Ethics Board.
  • Coordinating with Trilateral’s Research Accounting team to manage Trilateral’s project budget and financial reporting.
  • Managing all communications with partners to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality work according to the Statement of Work or DoA and to facilitate effective collaboration between partners.
  • Establishing working relationships with external stakeholders to advance the goals of the project.
  • Ensuring the quality of all deliverables before submission to the EC.
  • Attending and/or presenting at conferences and workshops, involving occasional travel.



  • Candidates must have EU H2020 project management experience.
  • Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates should have excellent, demonstrable English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidates must have at least 3 years experience with PRINCE2 project management methodology.
  • Masters degree is required, and PhD would differentiate the candidate from others.
  • Candidates must be based in the European Union or in the UK.



Salary: Commensurate with experience
