Bid/ Tender Writer – Consultancy Services

• Develop high-quality tender content throughout the end-to-end bidding process that fully explains our offer and meets all of the customer’s requirements
• Liaise with Management, research and technical teams to develop tender offers
• Work in partnership with business development representatives to draft Statements of Work for potential clients
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to revise stock content with minimal supervision
• Ensure all documentation is high-quality, accurately completed and submitted on time
• Check for relevant opportunities on portals and publicise them internally as appropriate
• Maintain a tender library and other internal documents and processes for designing and managing the bid tender process as part of the full tender lifecycle.

• A proven record of writing winning tenders and commercial bids, especially in the public sector
• The capability to write effective, concise and compelling content
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
• A complete understanding of the full tender process lifecycle
• Proven ability to work in a demanding, detail- and deadline-oriented environment
• The ability to be agile and reactive to an ever-changing environment
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred, though a BA accompanied by relevant experience would be considered

Location: This position is open to candidates based in the UK, Ireland & other European Countries

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Hours: Full Time (with some flexibility for part time in exceptional cases)
