This is a client-facing role, that on a day-to-day basis sits between the technical team and end-user to develop and deliver a product within the STRIAD® business unit that is aligned to a specific use case and associated target market.


Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Product development stage
    • Liaise with the technical team to develop and maintain a product specification document and roadmap.
    • Act as a liaison to enhance the flow of communication between Trilateral (product development, product strategy, and research) and the end user.
    • Act as a key point of contact for the client and represent the client’s perspective and interests internally using co-design methods.
    • Identify a minimal viable product that has value for the customer and meets the user specification for procurement.
    • Support project management efforts within the product innovation stage.
    • Attend and/or present at meetings for projects as required, for which agreed travel expenses will be paid by the Employer.

    Business planning and product procurement

    • Support the (Senior) Practice Manager to develop, maintain and implement a product specific business and exploitation plan and feed back into the product strategy team as appropriate.
    • Support the planning and implementation of pilots with users beyond the immediate client at product innovation stage.
    • Assist in managing the transition from the product innovation stage to a production environment, supporting product procurement efforts.


What you will need to be successful

  • Postgraduate degree holder, preferably in business, Information Technology or Software development.
  • Demonstrable interest in data analytics and cloud solutions for social good.
  • Previous successful experience of product management including user requirements gathering, testing and procurement.
  • Experience in engaging with agile development methodologies and management of a product roadmap.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
  • The ability to be agile and reactive to an ever-changing environment.


Location:                     Remote working with some attendance in our London office as required – commuting distance is preferable

Salary:                         Commensurate with experience

Hours:                         Full time (with some flexibility for part time in exceptional cases)

Contract Type:           Fixed Term or Permanent
