We are seeking to engage a Human Resources & Community Manager. Working across the organisation, the HR & Community Manager role requires the successful candidate to:

  • Take ownership of the full employee lifecycle. This includes providing support to the employee from initial hiring onwards, support to managers for annual performance reviews, identification of opportunities for employee learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, managing disciplinary/grievance processes, and other HR-related initiatives.
  • Continuously improve all aspects of employee services, analysing needs and developing effective solutions to support employees and management to achieve their people and performance objectives
  • Lead HR operations across both offices (UK and IE), day-to-day HR activities, and provide an engaging and employee-focused service
  • Work across organisational units to engage with resources responsible for payroll, recruiting, finance and research finance functions seamlessly
  • Provide subject matter expertise for HR policy and legal requirements to ensure employee rights are protected, as well as limit company liabilities
  • Develop company-wide communications strategies to complement people-related changes and ensure effective and consistent messaging
  • Manage any internal systems used to support HR activities (HRIS)
  • Develop programmes to continuously enhance the unique sense of community and culture of the organisation


Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive relevant experience working as a generalist HR Manager, with at least 3-5 years in HR roles.
  • Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
  • Educated to degree level or CIPD qualified
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the legal aspects of HR in the UK and Ireland
  • Demonstrable experience of leading culture and change management initiatives
  • Clear ability to engage, challenge and influence individuals at all organisational levels, and to engage empathetically with employees
  • Highly organised and goal-driven
  • Superior Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
